Five Championship players charged

Five players have been charged with committing disciplinary offences during the Co-operative Championship One fixture, Rochdale Hornets v Oldham at Spotland on Good Friday.

They are Oldham quartet Danny Whitmore, Martin Roden, John Clough and Jamie Dallimore and Adam Bowman of Rochdale.

Clough has been charged with committing the Grade E offence of conduct against the spirit of the game by pushing an opponent into a wall in the 80th minute.

Whitmore has been charged with a Grade C striking (sustained punching) offence in the 59th minute. Roden, Dallimore and Bowman have all been charged with Grade A punching offences in the same 59th-minute incident.
