The Oldham Rugby League Service Area is now responsible for Junior and Youth Rugby in Oldham.
Club and School Rugby together with Match officials have joined together to produce this organisation
The officials of the Service Area are:

- Danny Knight (Co-ordinator, Community Coach, Oldham MBC )
- Garry Hepworth (Competitions Director, Treasurer and Schools Rep)
- Mike Tootill (Head Coach)
- Joe Warburton (Coach Educator)
- Keith Egan (Referees rep)
- NW Counties Rep – Jackie Clowes , 1 more Coaches Rep
There is also a Rep from the other clubs having Junior/Youth teams – Waterhead, St Annes, Saddleworth , Shaw Rhinos, Higginshaw, Fitton Hill/ Hathershaw.
Also reps from: Oldham League, Oldham RLFC, Oldham Rugby League Trust are invited.
