OLDHAM will square up to Super League outfit Bradford Bulls in their first home game since new owner Marc Green took charge.
Bulls have won twice this season, but having been deducted six points for going into administration they go to Widnes Vikings on Sunday propping up the league on minus two points.
They then face Roughyeds at the Provident Stadium in a fourth-round Tetley’s Challenge Cup tie on Sunday, April 6 (2pm kick off).
Oldham have played Super League opposition six times in the last 12 years, but they haven’t played Bradford or visited Odsal since the old club went bust in 1997.
Roughyeds took good support to St Helens in 2012 and to Hull FC in 2011 and they expect to do the same this time.
All fans will be accommodated in the main stand, which seats 5,000.
Admission for everyone over the age of 16, including concessions and students, is £10. Under-16s pay £5 and children under the age of two go free if they don’t require a seat. Car park charge is £5.
Roughyeds plan to lay on transport at a cost of £12 per head if there is sufficient demand.
Transport will leave Whitebank at noon (kick off 2pm) and return straight after the game.
Fans have until 5pm on Tuesday, April 1, to book and pay for the trip. The club will then decide whether it is viable. If not, fans will be refunded at the next home game against Gateshead Thunder on April 13.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque at the refreshment trailer at Whitebank between 10am and 1.30pm only today, tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday, or at the under-20s game against Featherstone Rovers at Whitebank on Saturday (2.30pm kick off).
Alternatively, fans can pay by cheque, made out to Oldham RLFC and posted to Oldham RLFC, c/o Oasis Academy Oldham, Hollins Road, Oldham OL8 4JZ
