The Roughyeds are planning to lay on a supporters' bus to Aldershot next Sunday (March 9) for the third round Carnegie Challenge Cup tie against the British Army, which kicks off at 1.30pm, this to enable team and fans to arrive back in Oldham at a reasonable time on Sunday evening before work the next day.

It is planned for the bus to leave the Black Horse at 6.45am and the social club at 7am, and the cost will be £30 per person.

Inquiries and/or bookings need to be made as soon as possible, from Monday morning, and definitely before 5pm on Wednesday, which is the cut-off point.

THE CLUB WISHES TO STRESS THAT IF THERE IS INSUFFICIENT SUPPORT BY CUT-OFF TIME THE PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED.

The final decision will be taken at 5pm on Wednesday when the numbers are known. The club hopes supporters appreciate that that is the only way they can do it to avoid substantial losses if the demand is not sufficient to cover costs.

Fans should ring the Roughyeds office on 0161 628 3677 from Monday morning or ring Joyce on 0161 665 1832.
